Forklift Operator 2nd & 3rd Shift We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the yard, where you will be responsible for loading trusses and finished parts onto trucks for shipment. Additionally, you will build trusses, lay out parts, and utilize various tools and blueprints.
Responsibilities
Load trusses and finished parts onto trucks for shipment. Build trusses and lay out parts using nail guns, radial arm saws, hand and power tools. Interpret blueprints and accurately measure materials. Stack wooden products, cut wood, and sand edges.
Most overtime is worked during the week, with limited weekend hours. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, machine operation, carpentry, or construction. Excellent attendance record and a willingness to learn. Ability to measure accurately and follow blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience with assembly or construction. Some machine operating experience is beneficial. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gettysburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr.
