Speech-Language Pathologist Location: La Mesa, CA Status: PRN *Pay: *$55-$58 We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Competitive pay based on experience Flexible PRN schedule Opportunity for career advancement and education And more What Youll Do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients speech, language, and swallowing abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing abilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records What Youll Need: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care is required Strong patient assessment and case management skills If you are a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply.
