Receptionist

Receptionist:

1-3 Years of office admin experience

Fulltime 8 am to 5 pm

Enthusiastic and teachable

Integrity, honesty, and compliant attitude required.

Computer skills and experience is required.

Office administration skills and experience preferred.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction.

Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly.

Schedule appointments, events, and travel arrangements for the company.

Greet clients and visitors positively, and obtain professional assistance as needed.

Perform administrative word processing and data entry projects as needed or requested.

Maintain a strong work ethic with reliable attendance
