Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, handling customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services. Day?to?day tasks will include addressing customer service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, documenting customer interactions, and working closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
