The Film Warehouse Attendant is responsible for stocking and monitoring all film carts and labels for all lines and cells by work order, scan products to the work order, re-wrap film/materials upon return, stock daily deliveries and monitor film warehouse inventories. This position play an active role in the Company's Lean initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute assigned food safety, quality and continuous improvement activates to support SQF requirements, regulatory requirements and customers requirements. Follows all GMP's as well as the Policies, Procedures and Standard Work of E.A. Sween. Comply with USDA regulations and E.A. Sween policies. Scan/ Receive film by lot code and quantity using handheld device between multiple buildings on our Eden Prairie Campus. Have film, labels and all required items needed for each production line ready for each work order/shift (1st & 2nd) using Lot Code Tracking. Review the work order to determine supplies needed and prepare for each line/work order. Provide face and ingredient labels to each line, ensuring they are scanned to the work order using the RF Scanner and the paperwork is completed correctly. Provide clear or paper wrap to lines, ensuring they are scanned to the work order using the RF Scanner and the paperwork is completed correctly. Provide film to each line, ensuring to capture the lot code on the paperwork. Notify planning, purchasing, supervisors, and managers when short product that is scheduled to be used. Assist in providing a friendly, safe, clean and positive work environment. Assist with receiving products into inventory at North Star as time permits. Assist with cycle counts of labels, film, paper wrap, corrugated products etc as needed. Stock shelves with film, labels, inserts and all other items maintained on inventory in the film warehouse at EP and North Star. Maintain a good attendance record. Other duties assigned by your Supervisor and/or Lead. Successfully complete the mandatory E.A. Sween Co. Quarterly Safety Training sessions for the purpose of complying with both OSHA regulations and E.A. Sween policy. Contribute to Lean activities. Perform all activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies. REQUIREMENTS Must have previous assembly line esperience Previous warehouse experience Excellent communication skills Must be 18 years old Must be able to speak and understand English WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to stand and be in a working environment where the temperatures are approximately 35-45 degree temperature for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push, pull Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to reach over head Must be available for work flexible schedule to include occasional weekends (Saturday) Must be able to keep up with production needs.
