Senior Financial Analyst

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting required. Minimum of two years experience in general accounting. Valid drivers license and meet agency underwriting standards.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will Perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes.

Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
Prepare cost projection.
Analyze and report on current financial status.
Conduct thorough research of historical financial data.
Assist with long-term financial planning.
Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.
Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects).
Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.
Creation of dashboards/presentation of financial status and projections using charts and graphs to include using business intelligence or analytical software.
