This is a key leadership position overseeing the financial systems and operations of a specialized mental health and education services agency. The successful candidate will have: experience in senior financial leadership positions an understanding of non-profit organizations knowledge of the mental health or healthcare sector Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining business systems program budget preparation and management mental health and AOE billing maintaining strong relationships with supervisees, program leaders and funders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, accounting or related field plus eight to ten years of accounting or finance experience of which two to four years must be in administration or supervisory Master's degree or CPA preferred Ability to effectively present information to executive leadership Strong computer knowledge, skilled in databases, Excel, and Word applications Detail oriented Ability to handle highly confidential information, adhere to strict deadlines, and work with mathematical concepts NFI VT is committed to being a trauma responsive organization, is an equal opportunity employer,and seeks to recruit and support individuals with diverse backgrounds and identities to strengthen our organization.
