JOB TITLE: RECRUITER - TALENT ACQUISITION

EMPLOYER: LIMITLESS MALE MEDICAL

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES

SUMMARY: With the future growth plan of new clinics across the Midwest, Limitless Male is looking for a top-performing Recruiter to join our staff. This candidate will be responsible for the recruiting and screening of candidates for all current clinics as well as helping to build the staff in all new clinics. This person must be able to work well independently or in a team. Being efficient in a very fast-paced always changing environment is a must. This position requires a confident personality, multi-tasking, and strong communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update and post all job positions available at Limitless Male and continuously refresh the job postings on the ATS system.
  • The recruitment of medical professionals will be a large portion of the recruiting being completed along with some sales and customer service roles.
  • Research guidelines of states with new clinics for scope of practice compliance and certifications needed to better screen qualified candidates in specific roles
  • Organize all incoming resumes and screen qualified applicants
  • Conduct multiple virtual screening interviews on a daily basis.
  • Seek out candidates in new and existing markets that have not applied and invite for open positions
  • Maintain all communication with applicants before, during, and after the application process
  • Deploy online talent assessments to pre-screened candidates
  • Present final candidates to the hiring manager for review
Other Job Duties
  • In addition to the recruiting responsibilities this person will also work closely with the hiring manager for a smooth transition to the onboarding process. This includes assisting in the organization of orientation and beginning role-specific training plans.
  • Must be able to champion the Limitless Brand and its reputation, understand the vision of the company, and effectively relay that information to potential candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in recruiting using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. as well as referral-based recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with candidates properly
  • Highly organized and efficient - great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical recruiting preferred
  • Will be hiring for the following types of roles: PA's, NP's, Paramedics, RN's, LPN's, Medication Aides, Internal Sales Positions, Corporate positions, and Patient Relationship Coordinators
