What you will be doing:

Responsible for building, solving, and analyzing CFD simulation models for aero and/or thermal simulation, which includes: retrieve and prepare CAD parts for CFD simulation modelling; clean, mesh and separate geometry for proper CFD simulation volume meshing; perform CFD activities planning (attend meetings and create schedules) and perform CFD activities planning (attend meetings and create schedules).

Utilize OpenFOAM and/or Star-CCM+ for simulation to perform project- or research-based CFD/thermal simulation and analysis.

Project planning and coordinating with development teams for overall department results

What you'll need to be successful:

BS Degree in ME/AERO.

Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience as CAE analyst and specific solver software usage depending on department specialty area.

Minimum of 5 years of experience using pre-processor / post-processor tools for complex vehicle system level CAE model construction, visualization, and analysis.
