ENT opportunity: Findlay, OH Located 45m to ToledoPosition Details Full-time Permanent Welcome residents, new grads and experienced physicians Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Input into your schedule and volumes Care team model to support you and your practice Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, etc.) Onsite, comprehensive audiology team with 3 audiologist and 2 audiology technicians Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ER admissions and medical management of common ENT conditions Available surgery block time in three OR locations Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do Average of 25-30 patients/day in clinic with emphasis on full-service, comprehensive ENT care Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, but physicians have significant input into their practice patterns, schedules and patient volumes Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout the health system 4 daVinci robots with well-developed robotic surgery program Compensation MGMA 75th percentile plus wRVU production bonus Signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement all negotiable as part of a full compensation package 200 Hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 total hours of holiday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours Medical, life and long-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, vision and dental insurance 403 (b) tax deferred annuity, 457 (b) deferred compensation retirement plan Substantial bonus opportunity for colleague referral About the Group Nonprofit, independent community hospital with A+ Moody rating in NW Ohio 1st Hospital: 150 bed, 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center 2nd Hospital: 25-bed, specialty clinics, 24-hour ED, diagnostic services, outpatient surgery/procedures Robotics Center of Excellence, (4) da Vinci surgical robots Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Heart-Check for Advanced Certification for Primary Stroke Centers Group SpecialtiesCardiovascular Thoracic Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Allergy & Immunology, Orthopedic Surgery, Palliative Care and Hospice, General Surgery, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Pulmonary Critical Care, Podiatry, Pain Management, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, UrologyLocation Central location on I-75, 45 minutes south of Toledo and I-80 Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum Corp., Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Whirlpool Corp.
