Job PostingQualifications:Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. Computer or Information Science, Software or Computer Engineering, etc.)Previous internship or related experience in QA or Development environment is a plusMust have knowledge of basic coding principles and related troubleshooting skillsBe able to analyze the functionality of applications and design related automated testsPossess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops is a plus)Self-starter, good time management, and creative, with the ability to communicate in a professional mannerAbility to work well independently, and within a teamCommitment to continuous improvement and the organization's missionResponsibilities:Assist with day-to-day testing effortsIdentify improvement opportunities in automation test processesAssist with preparation and implementation of updates to existing platforms used for day-to-day testing and upcoming projectsWork cross-functionally to support departments and teams across the organization through issue tracking and Bug duplication effortsProvide troubleshooting and development support to special projects and initiatives, as neededWriting automation scripts and integration into the current testing platformAssist with building out documentation related to assigned workMaintain strong partnership with QA and Field Support teams
