Position Summary : To manage local and National real-time operations which facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. This position will be responsible for the physical facilities operations of Tigua Enterprises Inc. contracts nationwide. This includes helping and support of facilities maintenance, Information Technology contracts, road and grounds maintenance, Government proposal development and management. Operations are also to include oversight of professionals in other areas of expertise. Operations are also to include oversight such as supervising Projects in interim status, quarterly site visits to perform Quality inspections, writing reports to submit to the governmental agencies. The Operations Manager must be capable of providing professional development of subordinates, maintain a DoD Secret clearance or higher, be comfortable briefing high-ranking military officers and government officials. Experience Requirements: Oversees Project Managers daily activities to include scheduling, analyzes day to day operations and coordinates to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources; analyzes and recommends part-time, flexible, and full-time employee mix for the site. Interfaces with site management, subcontractors, and government representatives to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence; provides input on local conditions, identifies needs, and receives direction on real-time staffing or material increases or decreases. Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities during systems or operations (projects) problems, etc.; identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues to local and nationwide management, and participates in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements. Reviews ongoing performance results to targets. Takes corrective measures with authorization and escalates as needed. Approves schedules and works with local/nationwide management to communicate and fill schedules and handle exceptions. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position. Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully formed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken. Ensures compliance with safety standards and guidelines. Management of subcontractor contracts to ensure agreed upon performance standards are met. Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements. Oversees customer support processes and organizes them to enhance customer satisfaction. Evaluates overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics. Ensures that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulation. Participates in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planning process as appropriate. Liaises with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Plans and monitors the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress. Supervises staff from different departments and provides constructive feedback. Manages procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Reviews financial information and adjusts operational budgets to promote profitability. Revises and/or formulates policies and promotes their implementation. Manages

relationships/agreements

Education and Work Requirements: Five to Eight years previous management experience including forecasting, scheduling, and people management. MBA or master’s degree in business administration or related field (proven and documented experience can be used in place of education). Conflict Management skills to resolve challenges positively and constructively to minimize negative impact. Proven supervision, leadership, and coaching skills. Experience with federal & state government agencies. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities. Conditions of Employment: U.S. Citizenship is required. May be required to serve a probationary period. An Employment and Financial Interest Statement is required. This position requires a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Clearance Required: NA Type of Clearance: Pay: Negotiable Location; Onsite El Paso TX Travel : 25% required Physical and Technical Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at a time. Must be able to travel to offsite assignments. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
