Overview Reports to: Executive Office Director. Location: North Dallas. Baker Design Group is a well-established, highly respected interior design firm representing four distinct design platforms and serving a diverse, high-end clientele. We are known for our collaborative culture, long-term employee tenure, and exceptional standards. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Client Relations & Office Administrator to support our Executive Office Director, and assist with accounting and administrative operations. This role requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications Minimum of 1 - 2 years of hands-on, daily-use experience with QuickBooks Online Ability to independently manage invoicing, accounts receivable, payment processing, and reporting without training Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace Exceptional attention to detail and organizational accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and meet deadlines Proven professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Applicants without verifiable, professional QuickBooks Online experience should not apply. Familiarity, coursework, or limited exposure to QuickBooks does not meet the requirements for this role. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Process and manage client billing, invoicing, and account records through QuickBooks Support the Executive Office Director and senior leadership Cultivate strong client relationships through thoughtful, proactive communication and engagement Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel Prepare correspondence and monthly/quarterly reports Maintain tracking logs, reports, and spreadsheets Coordinate office meetings, special events, and off-site meetings Provide phone coverage and professionally greet clients Maintain digital files (Dropbox) and assist with office systems Support team members across departments as needed What We Offer Competitive pay and bonus structure Excellent benefits and vacation Exceptional company culture with long-term employee retention Most employees have 518 years with the firm Qualified candidates will be required to submit professional employment references #J-18808-Ljbffr
