Job Description

The Sales Associate position is a training program that prepares you for a lucrative full-time sales position. You will assist the architectural walls sales team in their daily activities, handle incidental/small sales opportunities, and develop the knowledge/skills necessary to be a successful account manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales team in their daily activities.
  • Meet with walk-in/call-in prospects, learn about their needs, identify product/service solutions, and prepare quotations.
Learning and Development

In this position, you will focus on learning architectural products such as modular walls, power distribution, access flooring, and sound masking systems. You will also gain knowledge of Storr's product and service offering, understand how work gets done at Storr, and develop effective selling skills.

Requirements and Expectations

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through while communicating with the sales team and customers. You should be strongly interested in transitioning from the Sales Associate program to a Sales Executive within our Architectural Walls division within 18 months.

Skills and Knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They should have a basic understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
