Job Summary:
White's Auto Mall is seeking a motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Honda Parts Counterperson. This is a sales position focusing on providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their parts needs. The primary goal of this role is to increase parts sales and meet monthly performance goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide accurate and timely price quotes for parts
- Process customer parts orders using the dealership's computer system
- Maintain an organized and clean parts department
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing for all Honda parts
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special parts requests
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a parts or automotive sales role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with technology and computer systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
