**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Global Compliance Lead, you will be contributing to the companys compliance maturity and processes by quality assuring compliance documentation, and business partnering with key stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and processes. You are the first point-of-contact for colleagues with queries about Abts Global Quality Management System and Global Compliance Framework. To flourish in this role, you will be self-motivated and collaborative, and maintain high customer service standards with all key internal stakeholders.
**Core Responsibilities**
Project and Corporate Compliance
+ Business partner with key stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual and company requirements,
+ Support Program Delivery and in-country project teams in the development and maintenance of pragmatic project standard operation procedures (also known as operations manuals) in accordance with client contract requirements
Global Quality Management System
+ Support the Global Compliance Lead to foster a mature compliance culture and proactive compliance management across Abt by completing detailed reviews of compliance material across Abt to inform compliance workplan and ongoing assessment of compliance maturity.
+ Conduct a thorough quality assurance (QA) check of compliance documentation that is submitted for QA through the Global Quality Management System (GQMS).
+ Provide advice and support to staff regarding the GQMS and Abts compliance standards.
+ Provide troubleshooting support to users of the GQMS, including delivering training regarding the GQMS and compliance framework as directed.
+ Provide GQMS administration support as needed, including contributing to testing of bugs and enhancements, supporting with development and maintenance of user guides, and supporting the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
General
+ Trusted adviser for general GQMS and compliance queries from Abt Classic stakeholders
+ Support the Global Compliance Lead with key compliance initiatives as needed
+ Other reasonable duties as directed
**What We Value**
+ Bachelors Degree + Five years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree + Three years of relevant experience, or PhD
+ Preferably 3 years experience in developing and/or quality assuring new policies and procedures
+ Proactive and collaborative team player with a customer centric approach to business partnering
+ Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
+ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $70,000 to $90,000 and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
