Assist with Open Enrollment preparation, setup, and testing. Provide support to HR Reps and employees in resolving benefit data issues and questions. Prepare/process monthly premium vendor payments. Perform data maintenance and updates to employee records in the BenAdmin system. Assist in the delivery of benefit presentations, communications and conduct annual benefits meetings/webinars. Assist in training field Human Resources Representatives regarding benefit policies, procedures and processes. Review/process weekly Service Contract Act Health & Welfare payments. Process payroll benefits deductions and perform reconciliations. Monitor the Leave of Absence and Benefits mailboxes and respond to inquiries. Review cases from the Benefit Administrator. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information and maintain confidentiality at all times. Working knowledge of Excel and Word and other integrated software applications. Working knowledge of HR databases and associated report writing functions. Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Two years of experience may be substituted for every year of the degree. 5 years of job-related/benefit-related experience or equivalent.
