You will work with families in a hybrid of telehealth and in-person sessions to provide services. While working closely and learning from a team of specialists who are experts in children's physical, cognitive, communication, social, emotional, and adaptive development. In addition to on-the-job learning, KDC offers professional development activities and training necessary to maintain relevant certifications and licensures.*Catchment Area: Sandwich to ProvincetownIn this role, you'll get to:Partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needsTogether develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)Work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of services Oversee case management and referral services to assigned caseloadConduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and supportFacilitate parent/child and/or child groups Complete reports of assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summariesMaintain appropriate communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in each child's careExpected to maintain agency and program productivity expectations. We are looking for people who have: Master's degree in one or more of the following: counseling psychology, clinical psychology, developmental psychology, or educational psychology AND must possess current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professionals, required ORBachelor's degree, or higher in Social Work AND must possess LCSW or LICSW, required.Strong written and verbal communicationExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust have experience working with children birth to 5 years of age and their families in both home and center settings.Meet MA Early Intervention Operational Standards in relation to educational and experience requirements.
