Responsible for analyzing use and needs, then developing and applying current information technology to satisfy business requirements or solve business related issues. With direct supervision, assists more senior IT professionals to coordinate IT initiatives.

Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline and simplify processesDevelops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutionsRecommends modifications of Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating costEvaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurationsDevelops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology - both on premise and Cloud basedDevelops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductionsOvernight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as neededProvide after-hour technical support as needed

This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key informationtechnology disciplines and/or services: o Application Programming o Software Support o Database Administration o Help Desk o IT Security o ERP Business Systems (MSS, SAP, ManMan)
