Sort and distribute incoming mail

Research returned checks/mail, update customer information in the system

Process incoming live checks and deposit in correct bank account, upload backup to Teams folder

Research and decision uncashed checks

Manage the market statement mailbox

Upload Statements in the system and communicate to accounting operations team

Cross-train and backup peers

Assist Management with other Ad-Hoc assignments/projects as needed

MUST HAVES:

Associate Degree in Financial or Insurance fields

Written and verbal communication skills

Positive and helpful attitude towards employees

Discreet, professional attitude towards sensitive information

Adaptable and motivated to learn

Ability to work independently and with a team

Ability to multi-task

Proficient in Word and Excel
