Provide consultation and advice to the medical staff regarding oncology matters. Conduct and supervise direct patient care, and plan and execute disease prevention and health promotion programs. Order and interpret findings of studies/tests. Dictates or writes patient history, admissions, care plans, progress, and discharge notes. Conducts or participates in daily multidisciplinary rounds and ensures appropriate and quality care for assigned patient. Other duties as assigned.E D U C A T I O N Graduation from an accredited Medical School and Residency Program required.E X P E R I E N C E Previous experience as an oncologist required.C R E D E N T I A L S Must have a current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Medicine. Must have a current, valid Controlled Substance Registration in the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy. Must have a current, valid DEA Registration and must be in good standing with the DEA. Must be a member of the Active Medical Staff at Ivinson Memorial Hospital and must comply with the Medical Staff governing documents. Must remain in good standing with the Medical Staff and governing documents and must obtain all necessary hospital privileges to perform the role of Hospitalist at Ivinson Memorial Hospital.
