About Our Unit This is a Brian Injury Stroke & Spinal Injury Unit located at Moss-Magee Elkins Park in Philadelphia, PA. Awards & Recognition Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation Hospital is Magnet Recognized. Jefferson has ranked 8th in the nation and ranked 1st in Pennsylvania in Best Hospitals U.S. News & World Report. Schedule Commitment Schedules are available 6 weeks in advance. The work schedule commitment for this position requires the following: Must be able to work rotating shifts (day & night) Must be able to work three (3) twelve (12) hour shifts on a weekly basis Must be able to work every third(3rd) weekend Holiday commitment consists of 1 holiday per season Responsibilities As a registered nurse, responsibilities include, but not limited to: Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice. Practices safe medication administration and assesses patient responses to medication. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
