Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in this job grade within which the position falls. Work Experience Position qualifications include, but aren't limited to: Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to observe and ensure the product is prepared and presented to company brand standards Must have basic math skills, including understanding of units of measure Must meet any state, county, or municipal regulation of health risk concerns about food handling Meets Denny's uniform and grooming standards and maintains them throughout the shift Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends Must possess excellent guest service skills Must be dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions Benefits Description of incentives and benefits for crew position: Wellness program 50% off meal while on duty Career growth opportunities Denny's gain: GED and college credit opportunities Family discounts Paid sick leave (CA and WA only) Medical benefits Minimum: $18.00 Maximum: $20.00 This job posting is for a position at an establishment owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
