Liberty Personnel is working with a growing consumer products client in search of a Corporate Controller to lead their accounting staff and report to the CFO.Summary:Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to work in a fast-paced environment. TheController oversees the day-to-day accounting functions of the company and is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the financial statements of the company. Duties include strategically managing cash flows, creating, and measuring against budgets in accordance with company goals, ensuring tax and corporate compliance, coordinating with external financial and tax accountants, and monitoring internal controls.QualificationsBS in Finance or Accounting10+ years related experienceExperience in corporate and public accountingExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesExpert knowledge of accounting fundamentalsCompliance and detail orientedProficiency with ERP softwareCPA is requiredDuties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing accounting staffResponsible for preparation and of financial statements and executive reportsResponsible for the company general ledger, monthly close process and financial reportingManage all general accounting functions, billing, payable, receivable, collections and treasuryManage cash flow and daily treasury to define companys present and future financial statusEnsure financial controls within the accounting departmentResponsible for working closely with outside auditorsManage key financial performance indicatorsProvide reports and analysis that help senior leadership understand company financialsProvide leadership, coaching and development to team members#J-18808-Ljbffr
