Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for a Business Analyst. This role is a hybrid position in Atlanta, Georgia and reports to the VP of Software Engineering.

Enru continues to build a dedicated team of talented individuals to support our strategic business objectives, enabling the next generation of modern data centric transportation management solutions.

As a member of our software engineering team, you would be directly responsible for partnering with leaders and business experts to understand strategy and work with the architects, scrum master and developer leads to define the key elements in how the solution would work. You would maintain user stories and features in alignment with the product roadmaps and ensure teams understand the various requirements. This would include maintaining documentation, specifications and ensuring we are tracking deliverables and meeting objectives. You would attend daily standups, help explain specific functionality, break down features into stepwise agile delivery sprints, and help educate the team around the needs. You would directly guide functional staff to ensure adoption and feedback is captured and accounted for in roadmaps.

Responsibilities: Partner with platform success and leadership to collaboratively define and update roadmaps focused on key capabilities for the next generation of transportation management software solutions Apply critical thinking to data to interpret trends in industry and data, analyze and suggest how a problem could be solved Influence key stakeholders to build alignment to strategic objectives In concert with product owners, able to drive prioritization of new capabilities for software development teams Clearly articulate though the use of documentation how a product should function Partner with developers to validate and document assumptions, ensure features match developed functionality Participate in QA validation to ensure applications are functioning as intended per the design specifications and supporting release activities Participate in daily standups to track progress toward business and technical objectives Collaborate with technical team to define and document non-functional requirements for the solution such as performance, response time, and availability Test and improve business processes to leverage product/solutions Assist with project management of the overall product Break down requirements into features and user stories in partnership with other BAs, scrum master and technical leads Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree 2-4 years’ relevant job experience, inclusive of the following: Comfortable in participating with an Agile software delivery team Able to work across organizations and teams to drive strategy Comfortable with change and being a change agent Experience participating in agile based software development teams Able to easily adopt and learn new technology, systems, and tools Proven track record to deliver on time and with a high degree of quality Lead by example mentality Ability to follow company policies and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed Ability to understand the impact this role has on our department or company Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good collaboration and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas Familiarity with a programming languages and software development concepts Ability to understand complex problems and data Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the ability to learn additional programs as needed ESG Statement:
