Flex Security Officer Work for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as a Flex Security Officer in Maryland Heights, MO. Pay Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr Flex Security Officers Full Time Maryland Heights, MO Location Maryland Heights, MO What Your Day May Look Like Conflict resolution and de?escalation. Secure entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside and outside the clients premises in various weather conditions check points. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Guard shack access control duties. Camera monitoring. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. Position Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Standard computer/technology skills needed. Conflict resolution and de?escalation skills a plus. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the companys pre?employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Valid drivers license required. Open availability preferred. Must maintain superb professionalism under all circumstances. Must be alert and observant. Must have a strong professional appearance and customer service background.
