Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our Lane Boots team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a passion for fashion and an ability to deliver top-notch service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and representing the Lane Boots brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide personalized product recommendations and assist with fitting and selection to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, promoting Lane Boots products, and effectively communicating features and benefits. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, including styles, materials, and trends. Share this knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Customer Follow-Up: Handle customer inquiries, process returns and exchanges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Live Shopping: Execute live shopping events on Lane Boots social in store along with other marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
Requirements:
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and perform store maintenance tasks
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) evenings and holidays as needed.
