Experience in the Web Hosting Field is a major plus.

The Job:

As a data center technician, you will be responsible for growing physical infrastructure for ServerHub, from our servers already implemented within our network to new servers being deployed. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing infrastructure on the ServerHub Platform. Everything from replacing faulty drives at our Dallas location, to being asked to fly overseas to help the team build out our next location in Europe. The sky's the limit and opportunities will be endless.

You will have the ability to travel domestically and internationally to perform expansion duties.

What We Expect From You:

  • Racking, Building and Cabling Intel and AMD Servers.
  • Troubleshoot and restore failed server hardware.
  • Shipping and receiving gear to/from remote locations and vendors.
  • Respond to general help desk technical and product questions generated by our customers.
  • SLAs met and customer expectations managed appropriately.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
What We Require:
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • High School or GED equivalent, if not available, three years work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to Travel / Multitask and Lift Heavy Objects (50 lbs or 22 kgs)
  • Strong identity with our brand and team culture.
  • The desire to experience and learn new things.

  • Able to do advanced networking hardware diagnostics.
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional business hours (nights or weekends).
