The Opportunity
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work with metiRi, our financial insights solution used by seven of the top twenty fast-food brands in more than 70,000 restaurants worldwide. You’ll enjoy a tech-focused culture, using the latest cloud-based technology stacks, like Azure. Working within our collaborative financial solutions team, you will contribute to many projects, collaborate with a variety of clients and team members, and be involved across many steps in the product development lifecycle.
This role also builds and maintains the data and analytics layer for our financial insights solution that enables restaurant and hospitality brands to see and do more with their data. You will help enhance the solution, implement new clients, troubleshoot and enhance data pipelines, and troubleshoot and revise stored procedures.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work in our Tampa office on our financial solutions team, reporting to the Business Systems Manager. RMS Financial Solutions builds data-driven software and drives the success of our growing financial solutions, from understanding customer needs through customer success. Team members’ expertise includes product management, project management, implementation, post-implementation support, and customer success. You will also collaborate with clients and other teams on various projects. What You’ll Do
Analyze and document business requirements.
Conduct QA/UAT testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Assist with onboarding new clients including setup, configuration and data pipeline development
Work closely with clients and software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve support requests
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Solid understanding of database design/structure, and working knowledge of SQL
Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality results on time
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical associates
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities
Continual pursuit for expanding own skills and knowledge base
Required
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, machine learning, business analytics, or a strongly affiliated discipline
