Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented IT Manager to lead our Information Technology team in supporting a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and alignment with our business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including network, servers, desktops, and industrial control systems. Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives. Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data, implementing and maintaining appropriate security protocols. Lead the IT team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization. Manage IT budgets and procurements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies relevant to the manufacturing industry and recommend their implementation for process improvement. Partner with operations and engineering teams to understand their IT needs and develop solutions that enhance production efficiency and safety. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems. Oversee IT projects and ensure their successful completion on time and within budget. Manage and develop the IT staff, providing training and mentorship opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within an industrial manufacturing setting. Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and industrial control systems. Strong understanding of IT security best practices and experience implementing them. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Experience with project management methodologies.
