Position Overview:

The Customer Service Rep delivers exceptional service to customers throughout their home improvement journey. Maintains sales goals and ensuring individual/departmental/divisional performance metrics are met. You will collaborate with various internal and external customers, provide accurate, timely, and complete information with clear and consistent expectations.

Essential Job Functions:

* Deliver single-contact resolution to customer inquiries including; product knowledge, ordering, installation (DIY & DIFM), and order or shipment status to customers

* Become a trusted, knowledgeable expert on Zabitat products and the customer buying experience

* Make changes to or cancels orders/backorders, initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.), coordinate returns and provides labels and supporting documents/labels as needed

* Drive conversion of product inquiries and questions into sales, ensure customers have been presented all potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

* Administrates various Ecommerce programs (Guaranteed Fit, Design Services, PRO+)

* Coordinate with Accounting on reconciliation of credits, deductions and chargebacks, including research to establish validity of claim

* Drive continual improvement of customer ratings

* Initiate and participate in developing improvements for marketing programs, websites and other business systems

* Other administrative duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

* Candidates must have graduated high school

* Telemarketing and or Inside sales experience a must.

* Some customer service related experience preferred.

* Building industry related experience desirable but not necessary.

* Strong computer skills, ecommerce skills, and phone skills.

* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

* Have the ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with people.

* Demonstrate organizational ability and be able to handle multiple tasks.

* Have a strong commitment to doing quality work by serving external customers.

* Maintain a sense of humor and have fun while under pressure

* Flexible to change, it's an evolving position
