Our client, an automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team on a direct hire basis. This is an onsite role in Tallapoosa, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • resolve associate issues and administer HR policies
  • responsible for recruiting and onboarding for Tallapoosa facility
  • coordinate training and development for all levels of associates
  • assist with planning and implementing programs and events

Qualifications:

  • bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR
  • background in manufacturing
