Requirements:
Preferred: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum: Bachelor's Degree with the preferred years of relevant experienceRelevant Experience:Preferred: 5-7 YearsFive years of direct or equivalent experience managing high level donor relationships with demonstrated success in closing gifts of $5,000 and above. Ability to conceive, plan, and execute a major gifts program, including: annual giving, special events, and special projects/campaigns. Superior interpersonal and listening skills and the proven ability to develop and negotiate complex relationships and proposals in person and in writing with a diverse portfolio of donors as well as collaborate with colleagues. Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high level donors and prospects. Excellent grasp of Raisers Edge database software.
