Plumbing and Heating Estimator

Construction Force Services has a client in the business performing plumbing, fire sprinkler & HVAC work, and needs a part-time (20 hours a week) Project Manager - or full-time with estimator experience. The right candidate will plan the work to be done, get the necessary personnel, and assign the right duties to the right people. You will coordinate tasks by different people on different sites, ensuring project uniformity until completion. Must work within budgets, estimating costs, cutting expenses, etc. Experience in procuring and allocating resources to ensure there are no shortages, avoiding delays caused by management decisions. You will manage both internal and external risks within the project's lifetime, for example - planning designs and governmental policies affecting the project. Assist with submittals. Minimum 5 years project management experience working with the plumbing, fire sprinkler & HVAC trades. Unions & MTA experience preferred, as is using Procore and other computer-based tools. The pay range is $50-100/hr and is a 30-day temp-to-permanent position.
