Role Overview:

As an EDI Programmer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the company's IT team, focusing on EDI development, mapping, and analysis to support the organization's manufacturing and distribution operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless electronic data interchange between the company, its trading partners, and customers. You will be involved in various stages of the EDI lifecycle, from gathering business requirements and designing EDI solutions to configuring and maintaining IBM Sterling Integrator.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain EDI solutions for efficient data exchange between the company and its trading partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and trading partners, to gather business requirements for EDI processes.
Design and configure EDI maps to facilitate the translation and transformation of data formats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and trading partner specifications.
Collaborate closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI transactions and integrations.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in EDI technology and integration methodologies.
Provide support and training to internal users regarding EDI processes and technologies.
Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards related to EDI.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in EDI development, including mapping and integration.
At least 5 years of experience working with EDI solutions in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in gathering business requirements, designing EDI solutions, and configuring EDI processes.
Proficiency in IBM Sterling Integrator is a must.
US Citizenship or current Green Card Holder status is required. No Visa candidates or EAD holders can be considered.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Sterling B2Bi is a plus.
