Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a civil/site engineer to assist with various aspects of the Civil engineering portion of projects under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Civil Engineer. Responsibilities include designing land development projects as part of both stand-alone and multi-discipline design teams. The role involves performing conceptual studies, design analyses, calculations, and site design for buildings, subdivisions, infrastructure projects, and business development activities.
Hard Skills
  • Civil degree (ABET-accredited)
  • EIT Certification or PE License preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Experience with site plans
  • Experience in designing sites, roadways, subdivisions, or utilities
  • Development of manual calculations
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work under supervision
  • Ability to collaborate in team settings
Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Virginia Beach, Virginia and some days remote.
Work Environment

Monday to Friday position, hybrid work schedule after training, based in Virginia Beach with a great team culture and ample opportunities for interaction
