Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year. Director, Refinery Operations

located in

Big Spring Refinery (ABSR)

. JOB SUMMARY

Sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing refinery operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Asset Utilization and Cost Control Process Improvement Project Management Resource Planning & Optimization Systems Thinking Troubleshooting Provide leadership and support of a behavior based safety culture at every employee level. Manages, controls and implements improvements in the day to day operations of the refinery. Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Develop and implement annual business plans (financial, safety, environment, quality, personnel, etc.) in alignment with refinery and corporate objectives. Provide effective leadership for all Operations’ Department activities by actively utilizing tools such as standard work to drive KPI’s, to measure and improve Plant performance While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.
