Main focus is improving the Quality and Prcoss Controll in day to day manufacturing

Hands on Utilization and understanding of various problem solving tools

Advanced Product Quality Planning

Customer/ Vendor contact

8D problem solving methodology

Continuous improvement plans

MUST

have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum of

3+ years

of

progressive Manufacturing / Process Engineering

A strong background with

SMT ,

Through-hole (THT) Insertion, Paste printing, Wave Soldering, Hand soldering, Assembly, IPC standards,

and

Statistical techniques.

Knowledgeable regarding

TQM

,

SPC ,

Continuous Improvement ,

Process Control ,

Cellular Flow ,

JIT ,

5S , and

Cycle Time Reduction

Skilled in the design and execution of

process

and

productivity improvements

.
