Job Summary:

We're in search of a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of leading and coordinating pivotal projects, ensuring their successful completion by collaborating with cross-functional teams across various projects and organizational change processes. Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT, this role demands solid project management prowess and adeptness in navigating initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Location: Onsite (Streetsboro, OH Headquarters)

Job Duties:

  • Spearhead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure stages of multiple projects/processes.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within set constraints.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks and issues, devising mitigation and contingency plans as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication of project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management via status reports and meetings.
  • Drive change management processes to evaluate, prioritize, and execute changes efficiently while minimizing disruption to project timelines and objectives.
  • Work alongside stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and inspire project team members to meet project deliverables and milestones within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously assess and refine project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within a manufacturing environment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.
  • Experience in change management processes, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication planning, and training.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

This role primarily operates in an office environment where using computer systems, software applications, telephone communication, and printing are integral to performing job duties.
