In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Court House wants to hear from youRegistered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelors Degree in NursingCurrent, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicensePrevious long-term care experience is preferred but not required .Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws , and other elements of patient care.Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedules & Benefits:Schedule:Daily Pay OptionHealth, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employeesOpportunities for advancement.Complete Care at Court House is an equal opportunity employer.#LI-JG1#J-18808-Ljbffr
