RH is seeking a Guesthouse Housekeeping Support Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests while taking great care of our guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience
  • Ensure all guest interactions and greetings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner
  • Uphold the cleanliness of public spaces and public restrooms to RH standards
  • Move operational supplies between offsite storage and Guesthouse
  • Clean, organize and replenish housekeeping pantries and closets
  • Assist Housekeeping Associates with cleaning Guest rooms, linen, laundering and deliveries
  • Assist with luggage on arrival and departure
  • Pick up and deliver guest laundry
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment or similar role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work and complete task with minimal supervision
  • Ability to relieve the Housekeeping Lead as a Self-Inspector
  • Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time
  • This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
