Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop Support: Provide first-level technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within Salesforce, and provide support for Salesforce-related queries.
  • Azure User Account Administration: Handle Azure AD user account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Azure Intune & AutoPilot: Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and AutoPilot, ensuring secure and efficient device management.
  • Networking & Wireless: Perform basic network configuration and maintenance tasks, including routing and switching with Cisco switches and Aruba WiFi.
  • Firewall: Perform basic firewall configuration and maintenance tasks on Palo Alto firewalls.
  • AWS Fundamentals: Understand and assist with basic AWS operations and maintenance.
  • VOIP Support (8x8): Provide support for VOIP systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
  • Zoom & Teams Video Conferencing Support: Assist users with setup and troubleshooting of Zoom and Teams video conferencing tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain living documentation for end user training and support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: Any current and relevant certifications associated to the Systems Administrator role a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tier 1-3 Desktop Support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with Azure User Account Administration, Intune, and AutoPilot.
  • Basic knowledge of routing, switching, and AWS fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems, specifically 8x8.
  • Experience with Zoom and Teams video conferencing tools.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end users and team members.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • CRM Understanding: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and architecture.
  • Change Management: Understanding of change management processes and their application in IT environments.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical resource for REBNY projects, providing expertise and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to enhance the IT infrastructure.
