Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to evaluate the patient's health status, adhering to established standards of care and disease-specific guidelines.
  • Strategize, execute, and assess patient care plans to enhance outcomes and utilize resources efficiently.
  • Administer direct nursing care and oversee nursing personnel within the RN's authorized scope of practice, following established policies.
  • Offer age, culture, condition, and situation-appropriate education and emotional support, integrating patient and family education into all facets of nursing care.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree, BSN preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care ICU setting
