Banquet Server Essential Functions:
•Serve meals; place dishes by course in front of each person; serve from the left
•Keeps tables, dining room, and server/bar stations clean and tidy
•Solve member complaints as soon as they occur and advise supervisor as needed
•Work in a team environment

Banquet Server Requirements:
•1 year of food service/bartending experience preferred
•Background in customer service
•Ability to anticipate customer needs
