Via onze eigen 10 verkoopkantoren en een wereldwijd netwerk van distributeurs zijn wij vertegenwoordigd in Europa, de Verenigde Staten, Azi, Midden-Oosten en Australi.
Dit alles wordt gedaan met een gepassioneerd team van 200 collega's, waarvan 130 werkzaam zijn op het hoofdkantoor in Panningen, waar de productie en internationale distributie plaatsvindt.
Onze opslagsystemen worden op klantwens geconfigureerd. Dit kan door bestaande componenten te gebruiken maar het kan ook dat de klantwens z specifiek is dat er een nieuw product of component moet worden ontwikkeld. Omdat de verschillende markten waaraan wij leveren alsook de klantwens steeds specifieker wordt, worden onze systemen steeds complexer vanwege de variteit aan mogelijkheden.
Om deze complexiteit beter te kunnen beheersen zijn we ook zoek naar een
Service engineer

die ons daarin gaat helpen.

Wat ga je doen?
Je zorgt ervoor dat je de systemen kent om vandaar uit de sales organisatie te adviseren bij complexe projecten met elektronische systemen (bij bijv. systeemconfiguratie)
Je traint medewerkers zodat zij voldoende kennis bezitten
Je bent de 2 e lijnondersteuning waarbij je bij vragen/problemen zowel de monteurs tijdens de installatie ondersteunt (onsite of remote support) alsook je collegas op kantoor
Je zorgt ervoor dat we beschikken over goede productinformatie, handleidingen en specs (samen met product management)
Analyseer je periodiek de praktijkervaringen (zelfde vragen/problemen/behoeften) en vertaal je deze naar nieuwe ontwerpeisen, pas je de product informatie aan of werk je aan standaardisatie
Ontwikkel je een standaard (voorwaarden en instructies) voor upgrades en ondersteuning van oudere systemen
Geef je input voor onze service strategie
Wat neem je mee voor deze job?
Je hebt een Bachelor of Engineering in Werktuigbouwkunde of in Mechatronica
Je bent een ster in het cordineren, organiseren, analyseren en overbrengen van kennis
Je laat je niet gek maken, vindt het leuk om problemen uit te zoeken en terug te kunnen kijken naar een succesvolle oplossing
Omdat je internationaal werkt ben je bereid om af en toe ook buiten kantoortijden te werken en je bent ook bereid om te reizen (ca. 10%)
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Het is een pre als je ook nog Duits, Frans of een andere taal spreekt

Een jaarcontract met de intentie tot verlenging naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
Een goed salaris passend bij de functie en de ervaring die jij meebrengt (tussen 3.400,- en 4.400,-);
