Functional Analyst

supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) at

What you will be doing: Working on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis to provide solutions. Performing functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Providing technical support for integration tasks, including review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards. Coordinate with the Configuration Management Community and the SE&I Division to integrate configuration information sources in support of the execution of the digital engineering data strategy. Advise the Government on continuous improvement recommendations to the SE&I Systems Engineering Rubric for evaluating the merits of new NC3 capabilities. Assessing new technologies and innovations to develop technical recommendations that ensure the integrity and continuity of operations supporting evolving NC3/National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) requirements. What you will need: Security Clearance Required: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility One of the following education/experience combinations: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field with 5+ years' relevant experience working on systems analysis, analyzing user needs to determine functional and cross functional requirements, OR 11+ years' relevant experience (in lieu of degree) working on systems analysis, analyzing user needs to determine functional and cross functional requirements NC3 experience (desired) Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently Strong written and oral communication skills Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The pay range for this position is

$71,200 to $118,500

across the U.S. There is also a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
