Then VALCO is the company for youVAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Light Industrial Welder (1st Shift) in the Coldwater, Ohio facility. 4 DAY WORK WEEK* GENEROUS PTO upon completion of 90-day probationary period*Overtime is currently availableResponsibilities:Perform all welding operations according to company methods, safety, and quality and quantity standards.Properly complete all required paperworkAssure all component parts meet quality standards before welding.Setup welder and perform preventive maintenance as requiredMove parts or loads into and out of work station as requiredKeep work area neat and orderlyFollow all safety regulations (tank storage, ventilation, curtains, flammable material, etc)Pick parts for work orders and relocate finished partsRequirements:Perform all welding operations according to company methods, safety, and quality and quantity standards.Properly complete all required paperworkAssure all component parts meet quality standards before welding.Setup welder and perform preventive maintenance as requiredMove parts or loads into and out of work station as requiredKeep work area neat and orderlyFollow all safety regulations (tank storage, ventilation, curtains, flammable material, etc)Pick parts for work orders and relocate finished partsLike all VAL-CO employees, the conduct of this position must be consistent with good character and must be reflective of our company's published core values.
