POSITION SUMMARY:

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for implementation and configuration of the HR information systems. Primary responsibilities include driving improvements of HR processes, optimization of the management of HR data across the organization, building and maintaining system interfaces with vendor systems, implementing new modules, and maintaining HR data. The HRIS Analyst will focus on data maintenance, analysis, and reporting and act as the subject matter expert in the HR systems data. While working with internal and external team members to drive the improvement of the HR operation processes, the HRIS Analyst will utilize established standards of practice set forth by the Administrative and Human Resources Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business management or other related field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with distributed networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (Dayforce) and developing workflow systems to accompany programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access to include database implementation, data import/export, report/queries implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement through the use of technology and process improvement; experience evaluating and selecting new HR systems.
  • Strong data reporting skills with ability to generate and consolidate data from multiple sources with a focus on ease of use and end-user experience.
  • A demonstrable ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Experience analyzing large amounts of data to find undiscovered patterns or knowledge applied to further systems development and improvement.
  • The proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change.
  • The proven ability to be a team player and have the ability to interact harmoniously with others.
  • Must be able to work in the Beachwood office, not a remote position.
Experience:
  • At least two years of Dayforce experience.
  • Four years or more experience performing in a HRIS analytical role, with understanding various data needs in compensation, benefits, and training/development is required.
  • Prior experience supporting a highly distributed, multi-location corporate model preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care/healthcare is preferred.

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available
  • Shifts Needed: Monday-Friday (in Beachwood office)
