Position Purpose

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of AI solutions that address important business use cases across various industries and result in successful outcomes for our clients. This role involves deep technical acumen and strong communication skills, as it bridges the gap between our clients' needs and our technical team's implementation.

Position Responsibilities

• the creation of AI based technical solutions including architecture, platform selection and implementation for client projects.
• consultative advice and recommendations for clients looking to adopt AI in their business. Design and propose innovative AI solutions, articulating their benefits and the business value they bring.
• in evaluating and selecting the most appropriate AI models to meet client needs.
• with use case prioritization, technical recommendations and cost / effort estimation.
• and continuously refine best practices and repeatable process for AI implementation teams.
• solution delivery teams with both oversight and hands-on activities to ensure successful project outcomes that align with client expectations.
• effective leadership and communication across delivery team project management, business analysts, engineers and quality assurance team.
• in the interview and selection process for new team members.
• seeks opportunities for additional Verinext work at existing client and raises those opportunities to the appropriate Verinext Account Managers and leaders.
• to pre-sales opportunities through capability presentations to clients and providing input to scope and resource requirement definition for Statements of Work
• strong consulting skills, understanding how and when to interface with the client and endeavors to establish self and Verinext as a trusted partner
• current on technology trends and continues to strengthen own skills
• and proactively shares knowledge with Verinext team members to improve their capabilities
• independently when and as needed
• all required operational expectations in a timely and detail oriented manner

Required Skills and Experience

• degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• experience as an AI Solution Architect or in a similar role within a technology consulting environment.
• understanding of AI technologies and architectural principles.
• possesses 10 - 15 years of practical, enterprise or consulting experience in a related technical discipline such as machine learning, deep learning, data management / curation, software engineering, security and quality testing.
• experience with leading AI technologies from leading providers/vendors such as NVIDIA, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Microsoft, AWS, Google, TensorFlow, PyTorch and others.
• certification(s) from one or more strategic vendors
• problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about how AI can solve business challenges.
• in designing and implementing AI solutions across various industries.
• to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• with interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
• experience supporting pre-sales activities
• written and oral communication skills
• positive interaction with client teams or staff members
• to successfully complete tasks of high complexity with little need for direction from others
