Role Description This is a contract on?site role located in Dallas, TX for a Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the day?to?day management of MEP projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. The role will also involve coordinating with subcontractors, managing submittals, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with other project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion. Qualifications Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), including Plumbing Strong Project Management skills, with experience in managing submittals Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on?site in Dallas, TX Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus Healthcare Construction experience is a must Seniority level Mid?Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Oil, Gas, and Mining Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Technical Management Group Ltd.
